• How does the process work?

The best course of action if you are thinking of having a website created is to book a 15-30 minute consultation with us.

Once booked we will send you a short questionnaire so we know what we are discussing regarding your project and your vision. We will then be able to advise on the best package for you or even build you a bespoke package more suited to your requirements.

We can discuss timescales and other essential parts of the project and give you more information on what we can do. If you decide to book us then we will put an accurate plan of action in place and set up a client account where we can exchange information as the project progresses.

• How will the pricing structure work? What do I pay up front?

After the initial consultation we will also send an accurate quote. If you decide we are a good fit for you then we will set up a client account and send out a standard website design contract. We will also ask you for 25% deposit to initiate the project and the remainder will be payable at the handover stage. If you have a full maintainenece and content management package then there is only £250 to pay up front.

How long will my website take from start to finish?

There is no set answer to this as each project is entirely different and dependent on the content you have available and the completion of client tasks. We would have gone through a rough timescale completion for you during the consultation phase and this will be adhered to providing the client also meets the tasks/ review deadlines.

Is Copy Writing included?

Yes we can include the copywriting as part of the website. The information and copy for your new website will need to be provided by the client. Obviously you as the client will know more about your business and the message and style of delivery that you want to convey. We will ask you for headlines and copy however we will be on hand to advise and assist and our professional copywriters can re-write your rough copies in a professional website standard to save you time.

Are Images included?

A website can be made or broken by the standard and quality of images. We will use whatever imagery you want to provide however if you want to showcase your business / products then we highly recommend professional high resolution photography.

Alternatively if your website requires generic industry specific images then we will provide high resolution professional images that have commercial copyright included as part of the website package.

If I have a build only package will you show me how to use my site?

On completion and sign-off of your website we will have an official handover where we will show you the admin back-end of the website and show you how to make basic edits and updates. As an alternative we also have a subscription / maintenance based package where we can manage the site and carry out all of your updates and site maintenance.
