INTERNAL FREELANCE CONTRIBUTOR LOAN AGREEMENT

- Freelance creative contributor TP-S006: SALAAR MUHAMMAD

This formal legal agreement is made as a deed on the date of January 1st 2022 regarding a loan of £5,000 made payable to Salaar Muhammad from SHYDOG CREATIVE Ltd. The loan agreement is subject to the terms below.

PAYMENT TERMS

The borrower (Salaar Muhammad) agrees to accept the £5,000 loan on the condition that the following repayments are made on the due date as specified below:

As this loan is to facilitate equipment for a Freelance enterprise via SHYDOG CREATIVE Ltd then no interest or fees are payable subject to the loan being repaid by April 1st 2022.

Failure to repay the loan in full by April 1st 2022 may result in charges, penalties and interest on the remaining balance.

REPAYMENT SCHEDULE

February 1st 2022: £1,700

March 1st 2022: £1,650

April 1st 2022: £1,650
